Step-By-Step Guide to Abstract Submission

The Scientific Committee of Dubai Derma warmly invites dermatology professionals, researchers, and clinicians to submit their abstracts for the 25th edition of Dubai Derma, taking place from 31 March to 02 April 2026.

The categories are grouped by themes to encompass the broad field of dermatology, ensuring a place for every relevant topic. Please select the appropriate category for your abstract.

All submitted abstracts will undergo a thorough review by the Scientific Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work during the conference.

Abstract submissions must be completed online. Please carefully follow the guidelines outlined below.

Deadline for Submission: 15th of October 2025

The abstract submission process consists of two steps:

  1. Profile Creation: Create a new account on the abstract submission portal for the 25th edition of Dubai Derma. Please ensure to complete all the required information accurately.
  2. Abstract / Poster Submission: Once the profile is set up, you may proceed to submit your abstract by completing the submission form. Select the appropriate submission type, topic, and other necessary details for submission.

 

How to submit your abstract:

  1. After creating your profile, you will be taken to the Dashboard section.
  2. On your Dashboard section, click on “Submission” at the topic, then click on “Create New Submission”
  3. Choose the correct Submission Type: Conference, Clinical Case Presentation, or Digital Poster Presentation, and fill in all the following mandatory fields to proceed.
  4. You can always Save & Submit Later by clicking on “Save as Draft” at the end of the form. Once you have completed all the information, click on “Submit Submission” at the end of the form. Every user can submit up to 3 abstracts.
  5. To reset your password, click "Forgot Password" and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Kindly follow the instructions in the email.
  6. Please ensure to read and follow the Submission Guidelines & Disclaimer Statement (click on the link below).

 

Important Dates:

  1. Deadline for Conference Abstract Submission: 15th of October 2025
  2. Notification of Abstract Acceptance starting on the 1st of December 2025 via email.
  3. Choose the correct Submission Type: Conference, Clinical Case Presentation, or Digital Poster Presentation, and fill in all the following mandatory fields to proceed.
  4. You can always Save & Submit Later by clicking on “Save as Draft” at the end of the form. Once you have completed all the information, click on “Submit Submission” at the end of the form. Every user can submit up to 3 abstracts.
  5. Any special requirements and specifications need to be requested and confirmed with the organizer before 2nd February 2026
  6. Deadline for Poster Submission: 6th of February 2026
