APBCS 2027 CALL FOR ABSTRACT
Welcome to the 15th Asia Pacific Breast Cancer Summit (APBCS) Abstract Submission Portal. We are pleased to invite healthcare professionals, researchers, clinicians, and academicians to submit their abstracts for APBCS 2027, taking place from 22–24 January 2027 in Singapore.
As APBCS celebrates its 15th edition, the summit continues to serve as a leading platform for scientific exchange, collaboration, and innovation in breast cancer care across the Asia Pacific region. We look forward to receiving your submissions and welcoming you to Singapore for another inspiring edition of APBCS.
Please review the abstract submission guidelines and important information below before submitting your abstract.
Language
All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form on the APBCS website.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Abstracts submitted by email, fax or post will NOT be accepted. The Conference organizers will not accept responsibility for any abstracts that have not been properly submitted according to the instructions.
- Industry members who do not participate as sponsors and had submitted an abstract for APBCS 2027 are to register as a Non-Participating Industry Member Category (USD 2750). Approval is contingent on the submission passing through the scientific committee review process.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT ON THE PORTAL
- Click "Create an Account" to create your profile. Please fill in all the mandatory fields.
- After creating your profile, you will be taken to the Dashboard section.
- Choose Submissions from the top menu, then choose Create New Submission.
- Select your preferred presentation type (Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation) and complete all the mandatory submission details.
- After selecting your preferred Submission Type (APBCS 2027 E-Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation), please select the appropriate Submission Topic from the available categories: Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Oncology Nursing, or Others.
- If you have forgotten your password and you can login, click "Forgot Password" and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email.
- You will be informed by email about the status of your submission.
Presentation Types
Poster Presentation
Prepare your poster for submission
- You must send your digital poster file to the organizer by 11th December, 2026.
- The abstract submitted of 300 words summarises the components of the poster below.
- A poster is a visual presentation comprising whatever the contributor wishes to display on the poster board. A display uses text, graphs, tables, charts, and pictures to present the highlights of a subject.
- As always in a scientific presentation, the Poster should include:
- Statement of the problem
- Significance of the problem
- Description of the research method
- Presentation of results or expected results
- Summary of the work and conclusions
Oral Presentation
Prepare your oral abstract for submission
- Maximum of one (1) abstract submission per presenting author.
- You must send your oral abstract presentation to the organizer by 11th December, 2026.
- The organizer in the acceptance email will provide you with the official APBCS powerpoint template.
- Be cognizant of the 600 secs (10 mins) allotted for presentation and 180 secs (3 mins) allotted for Q&A while preparing your oral presentation.
- Location and time will be provided closer to the congress date.
Correspondence
Corresponding authors must provide the organizers with their full information and email address. Author and co-author information must be provided including the first and last names of all authors, their department, institution / hospital, city, state if applicable and country. Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s). All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as a free paper or a poster and its decision is final. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for grammar and clarity. The Abstract may be scheduled for display on any day from 23 - 24 January, 2027.

- The above fees apply only to abstract submission.
- The presenting (primary) author must be registered for APBCS 2027. Co-authors are welcome to attend but must complete their own registration separately.
- Non-industry members submitting an abstract are required to pay 2750 USD.
STRUCTURE
- The title must be brief, concise, and in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Authors: Please enter your name and your colleagues’ names as you wish them to appear in the Final Program.
- The abstract text should have a Max of 300 words
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to redact any submission.
- Do not include references in the abstract.
- Do not include keywords in the abstract.
- Abbreviations should be spelled out, in parenthesis, in its first use in the abstract.
FINAL PRINTED POSTER GUIDELINES
Poster Presenters are requested to prepare their final printed poster according to the guidelines below:
- Information should be summarized using brief written statements, graphic materials, such as photographs, charts, graphs, and diagrams mounted on standard size poster (84 cm x 110 cm); pins or other mounting materials will be supplied.
- Poster orientation must be PORTRAIT. Clear labels must be used for each section of the poster. The text should be of sufficient size for easy reading at a distance of 1.5 meter (between 16-20 font sizes)
- Title must be displayed clearly at the top of the poster and should include the names of the author(s) and the institution(s) of origin.
