Call for Abstracts is Now Open

We are pleased to announce the Call for Conference Abstracts for the 31st edition of the UAE International Dental Conference and Arab Dental Exhibition.

Important Dates for Conference Abstract Submission

  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: 1st September 2026
  • Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 1st October 2026 onwards
  • For any withdrawals, the speaker must notify the organizer as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months prior to the event.
  • For any accepted abstract, a PowerPoint or PDF copy of the presentation must be submitted within 3 weeks of the acceptance email. Delay in submission may result in CPD accreditation delays or session cancellation.
  • Any special requirements or specifications must be requested and confirmed with the organizer before 1st December 2026.

Submission process consists of two steps:

  1. Create an Account
  2. Conference Abstract Submission

How to submit your Conference Abstract:

  1. Click "Create An Account" to create your profile. Please fill in all mandatory fields.
  2. After creating your profile, you will be directed to the Dashboard section.
  3. Choose Submissions from the top menu, then select Create New Submission.
  4. Select the type of your submission: Conference. Please fill in all mandatory details.
  5. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, click "Forgot Password" and follow the email instructions to reset it.
  6. You will be informed via email about the status of your submission.

Poster Abstract Submission is OPEN

How to submit your Poster Abstract:

  1. Click "Create An Account" to create your profile. Please fill in all mandatory fields.
  2. After creating your profile, you will be directed to the Dashboard section.
  3. Choose Submissions from the top menu, then select Create New Submission.
  4. Select the type of your submission: Poster. Please fill in all mandatory details.
  5. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, click "Forgot Password" and follow the email instructions to reset it.
  6. You MUST READ AND FOLLOW the Poster Submission Guidelines.
  7. You will be informed via email about the status of your submission.

  • Deadline for Poster Submission: 30th November 2026
  • Notification of Poster Submission (Acceptance/Rejection): 15th December 2026 onwards
