- Deadline for Conference Speakers Abstract Submission: 1st September 2026
- Notification of Conference Abstract Acceptance: 1st October 2026 onwards
- Any special requirements or specifications for selected speakers must be requested and confirmed with the organizer before 1st December 2026.
Poster Abstract Submission is OPEN
How to submit your Poster Abstract:
- Click "Create An Account" to create your profile. Please fill in all mandatory fields.
- After creating your profile, you will be directed to the Dashboard section.
- Choose Submissions from the top menu, then select Create New Submission.
- Select the type of your submission: Poster. Please fill in all mandatory details.
- If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, click "Forgot Password" and follow the email instructions to reset it.
- You MUST READ AND FOLLOW the Poster Submission Guidelines.
- You will be informed via email about the status of your submission.
