How to Submit in 3 Simple Steps
Create Your Account
Click "Create an Account" and fill in all required fields to set up your profile.
Start Your Submission
From your dashboard, select "Create New Submission" and choose "Poster."
Enter Your Details
Complete all required information about you and your abstract and submit.
Important Details
Extended until 8th December 2025
Click "Forgot Password" and enter your email to receive a reset link.
AEEDC Dubai 2026 Conference registration is MANDATORY to submit your poster.

Primary Author and Co-Author Rules
- One Poster must have One Primary Author ONLY.
- Any Poster can have up to 3 Co-Authors.
- One user will be a Primary Author for One Poster only.
- You can be a Co-Author to any poster – as long as the 3 Co-Authors rule is met.
- Co-Authors must register to AEEDC Dubai 2026 Conference to receive a Certificate for their poster(s).
- On your poster, you can list all the co-authors you want. Your Poster, Your Content.
