Important dates for Research & E-Poster Awards abstract submission:
- EXTENDED Deadline for Abstract Submission: 10 November 2024
- Notification via email (Promoted/Rejected): Within 3 weeks from submission deadline
- Announcement of Finalists for each category: Late December - Early January 2025. If you have not received a notification by 4th of January 2025, please contact us on research-awards@sds.org.sa
- For any withdrawals, the submitter should notify the organizer as soon as possible, minimum 1 month prior to the event.
Submission process consists of two steps:
- Create an Account
- Abstract Submission
How to submit your abstract:
- Please read and follow the Abstract Submission Guidelines section. When you are ready to submit, start creating your profile.
- After creating your profile, you will be taken to the Dashboard section.
- Choose Submissions from the top menu, then choose Create New Submission
- Please fill all the mandatory fields.
- If you have a co-author/s, upload Agreement Form. Click here to download the template.
- If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email.
- You will be informed by email about the status of your submission.
Notes:
- Submitting a POSTER format for all categories (i.e. E-Poster Display, E-Poster Presentation, CCPA, YDRA, GDRA) is mandatory. Refer to the Abstract Submission Guidelines for exact poster dimension.
- If you are not selected as a Finalist (i.e. E-Poster Display, E-Poster Presentation, CCPA, YDRA, GDRA), your poster will be displayed on E-Poster Stations instead.
