Important dates for Research & E-Poster Awards abstract submission:

Submission process consists of two steps:

  1. Creating an Account
  2. Abstract Submission

How to submit your abstract:

  1. Submitters must be registered to the Conference with an active SDS membership. You will be required to enter your SIDC 2026 Conference Registration ID upon submission. The registration must be under an SDS member category (e.g., Dentist – SDS Member – Early Bird, Student – SDS Member…)
  2. Please read and follow the Abstract Submission Guidelines section. When you are ready to submit, start creating your profile.
  3. After creating your profile, you will be taken to the Dashboard section.
  4. Choose Submissions from the top menu, then choose Create New Submission.
  5. Please fill all the mandatory fields.
  6. If you have a co-author/s, upload Agreement Form. (Note: Click here to download the template)
  7. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email.
  8. You will be informed by email about the status of your submission.
