Call for AEEDC Ortho 2027 Abstracts is Now Open

We are pleased to announce this Call for Abstracts for the 12th edition of AEEDC Dubai World Orthodontic Conference. 

Important Dates for Conference Abstract Submission 

• Deadline for Abstract Submission:  1st of September 2026.
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: starting on 1st October 2026.
• For any withdrawals, the speaker should notify the organiser as soon as possible, minimum of 2 months prior to the event.
• For any accepted abstract, a PowerPoint / PDF copy of the presentation should be submitted within 3 weeks from the date of the acceptance email. Delay in submission will result in CPD accreditation delay and possibly in cancellation of the session.
• Any special requirements and specifications need to be requested and confirmed with the organiser before the 31st December 2026.

Submission process consists of two steps:

1. Create an Account
2. Abstract Submission

How to submit your abstract:

1. Click "Create an Account" to create your profile. Please fill in all the mandatory fields.
2. After creating your profile, you will be taken to the Dashboard section.
3. Choose Submissions from the top menu, then choose Create New Submission 
4. Fill in all the mandatory fields.
5. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and then you will be requested to enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email.
6. Please read and follow the Abstract Submission Guidelines section.
7. You will be informed by email about the status of your submission.

Ortho Poster Abstract Submission is OPEN

How to submit your Poster Abstract:

1. Click "Create An Account" to create your profile. Please fill in all mandatory fields.
2. After creating your profile, you will be directed to the Dashboard section.
3. Choose Submissions from the top menu, then select Create New Submission.
4. Select the type of your submission: Poster. Please fill in all mandatory details.
5. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, click "Forgot Password" and follow the email instructions to reset it.
6. You MUST READ AND FOLLOW the Ortho Poster Submission Guidelines.
7. You will be informed via email about the status of your submission.
